私も遠からずメンテナのアドレスを変更したいので興味津々です。

アドレスの変更が恒久的なら、debian/controlのMainainerフィー
ルドを書き換えるのがいいのでは?
# まだやったことがないので確信はないのですが。

あと、debian/copyrightの、`This package was debianized...'と
か、README.debianのアドレスも変えてもいいのでしょうか。
