こういうときは、

kawamura> Urgency: low

“Urgency: high”かなぁ、と思うのですが、どういう判断でつければ
いいのでしょう? セキュリティホールは確実に“high”なんですが…。

4.2.15. `Urgency'
-----------------

     This is a description of how important it is to upgrade to this
     version from previous ones. It consists of a single keyword usually
     taking one of the values `LOW', `MEDIUM' or `HIGH') followed by an
     optional commentary (separated by a space) which is usually in
     parentheses. For example:
          Urgency: LOW (HIGH for diversions users)

     This field appears in the `.changes' file and in parsed changelogs;
     its value appears as the value of the `urgency' attribute in a
     dpkg-style changelog (see subsection 3.2.3, ``debian/changelog'').

     Urgency keywords are not case-sensitive.
