 French と German は飛び抜けてますね。Japanese はデンマークと同率 16 位。

なんかうまく取り出せなかったんで、中身は見てないですが、 po file を
持っているパッケージのうち、該当する言語の po ファイルが存在する
割合を見ている、ということなのかな。
