any official ID の digitized form っていうのが、あほなあっしには
よく分かりませんでした。

運転免許証をデジカメでとったら digitized form なのか、それとも
どっかに行けば、(フロッピーとかに？)デジタル化された免許証とかを
もらえる？

頭悪そな質問ですが、よろしくお願いします。
