(今回の投票では、新しい投票処理機構が使われます。新しい処理方法では、
投票のために送られてきた E メールはひとつにまとめられ、後でまとめて
処理されます。GnuPG (PGP) 署名に関する問題や投票用紙の解析に関する
問題は、1 週間以内に NACK (受領不可通知) メールとして報告されること
になっており、ACK (受領通知) メールは投票を正しく解析できた場合に
のみ生成されるはずです。実際の運用条件のもとでも、新しい処理機構が
きちんと動作してくれることを期待しています。

(投票用紙に記載した) 候補者名の順番は、それぞれをひとつずつ紙片に
書いて、無作為にその紙を選択することで決定されました。)

投票方法

最もふさわしいと思う選択肢の前の括弧に 1 を入れてください。
次にふさわしいと思う選択肢の前の括弧に 2 を入れてください。
これを最後まで繰り返してください。

判断に迷った場合、どうすべきかわからない選択肢については
空白のままにしておいてもかまいません。

(訳注：空白のままにされた選択肢は順序が規定されません。
開票の際は選択肢の間の優先順位によってのみ勝者が決定されます。
極端な話、ひとつの選択枝に 1 をつけて、他の選択肢をすべて
空白にした場合、選択肢間の順序関係がまったく規定されない
ことになり、無効票 (棄権) と同じ扱いになります。)

括弧に入れる番号は 1 から始めます。途中で番号を飛ばしたり、
同じ番号を重ねてつけてしまったりしてはいけません。

「絶対に容認できない」と思う選択枝については、括弧内を
空白のままにせず、"None Of The Above" (どれでもない) と
いう項目よりも後の番号をつけてください。

投票用紙に記入を終えたら、leader2002@vote.debian.org に
メールしてください。(普通のメーラなら) 単に返事を書くだけで
うまくいくはずですが、念のために "To:" (宛先) 行を確認して
おいてください。
