最後の文、"We're all just dudes who happen to work on Debian." は
 "just dudes" を訳したほうがいいような。

「私たちはみんな、たまたま Debian に取り組んでいるヤツだってこと」

とか ? ちょっとヘンかな。「男性に対する呼びかけ」として使われることが
あるらしいので、そのへんの雰囲気が出せるといいと思うのですが。

ここの最後も、ちょっと意味がつかめなかったのですが、この「テーマ」って
いうのは「テーマ曲」とかそういう意味なんでしょうか ?

あるいは Linux Journal で、なにかこれに関連した記事がそのうちにある
だろうってこと ?
