PO化して途中まで訳してみました．期限が迫っているので，
途中までで申し訳ありませんが査読をお願いします
(できれば今晩中に残りの分を追加したいと思っています)．
POファイル全体と，古いSGMLファイルから変換したものとの差分の両方を添付します．

# SGMLファイルから変換する際に訳注などを削る必要がありましたが，
# POファイルでうまく追加する方法がわかっていません...
# とりあえず削った差分も添付しておきます．
