早速の回答をありがとうございます。

しかし
firewall Fileの０〜５までの内容の意味がまったく分からないのです。
とりあえず、何も考えずに０〜２まで変えたがだめでした。

また、プロクシアドレスとユーザーネームとパスとポートは
proxy_address
anonymous
mail address
21
にしています。
