違います。これは久保田さんの解釈が正しいです。DFSG は "within
the terms of the program's licence" を満たす配布を行うとき、
Debian と他の配布形態で配布条件が異なることを禁止しています。
EDICT ってまさにそうなってますが (^^;)、商用配布禁止だけど、
Debian 収録分は自由に再配布していい、ってライセンスを排除する
という意図がはっきり DFSG には含まれています。
