うぅむ。そうか。

 man XF86Config すると

       The  following obsolete section names are still recognised
       for compatibility purposes.   In  new  config  files,  the
       InputDevice section should be used instead.

           Keyboard       Keyboard configuration
           Pointer        Pointer/mouse configuration

       The old XInput section is no longer recognised.

と書いてありますね。だから Keyboard でも有効なのか。

でも "InputDevice section should be used instead" なので
将来的には

Section "InputDevice"
        Identifier      "Generic Keyboard"
        Driver          "keyboard"
        Option          "CoreKeyboard"
        Option          "XkbRules"      "xfree86"
        Option          "XkbModel"      "jp106"
        Option          "XkbLayout"     "jp"

こちらを使うようにしたほうが良さそうな気がします。
