ということで、調べようと思ったら入ってませんでした。
$ man -k stat
hosts (5)            - The static table lookup for host names
kdstat (8)           - program to show and change internal kerneld state
kill (1)             - report process status
netstat (8)          - Display network connections, routing tables, interface statistics, masquerade connections, netlink messages, and multicast memberships
oldps (1)            - report process status
pppstats (8)         - print PPP statistics
ps (1)               - report process status r
skill (1)            - report process status
smbstatus (1)        - report on current Samba connections
snice (1)            - report process status
vmstat (8)           - Report virtual memory statistics
fstab (5)            - static information about the filesystems


とりあえず、
