  正直、先のメールではいまいち状況がつかみかねました。

  私の環境は sid なのですが、

$ gcc -DCARDBUS -DMODULE -D__KERNEL__ -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O6 -c tulip.c -o tulip_cb.o -I /usr/src/modules/pcmcia-cs/include -I /usr/src/kernel-source-2.2.17/include
/usr/src/modules/pcmcia-cs/include/linux/netdevice.h:35: warning: this is the location of the previous definition

  と同様の警告がでます。が、このモジュールで動作しています。
