if there will be a stable binary interface to the GNU binary utilities that
can be used by other packages. Daniel Jacobowitz <a
href="http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2005/09/msg00927.html";>asserted</a>
that the included libraries are subject to change and that other packages
would have to link to them statically instead.</p>
