した。それと -dump を w3m から lynx に変えてみました。w3m では link を

   This is the recent news [9/20/1999 - 9/26/1999] from Debian JP
   project. Project. The prefix below such as debian-users, debian-devel,
   debian-doc and jp-policy indicates the ML on the debian.or.jp
   respectively.

                     Discussion on the ML at Debian.or.jp
                                       
   Debian JP [4]decided the CVS transition of the [5]JDDP web page. This
   page had been maintained by Atsushi Kamoshida. Yoshizumi Endo proposed
   the CVS transition and Fumitoshi UKAI set the priority to CVS
   transition rather than re-constructuring www contents.
   
   MATSUDA Yoh-ichi[6] posted the problem that occurs when pppd and ppxpd
   coexists. PPXP is a fine PPP user level implementation. Information is
   available from [7]http://www.linet.gr.jp/~manabe/PPxP/ (Only in
   Japanese though).
   
   Debian/TOWNS team, this team is actually within Debian JP and TOWN is
   yet another i386 architecture once sold in Japan, [8]announced the URL
   of [9]Debian/TOWNS FAQ.
   
   Taketoshi Sano [10]translated the proposal of the [11]debian-games ML
   .

                        JP Merge Operation (continued)
                                       
   GOTO Masanori [12]summarized the status of the [13]JP merge. The list
   is now only available in Japanese but he expresses the will to
   translate it to English it is still under construction though. We are
   expected to rushing to the freeze date of potato.
   Also [14]POPCon page provides the information about the popularity
   contest result of Debian JP packages.
   
   NABETANI Hidenobu [15]announced the CVS repository of the Japanese
   manages translation. We appreciates the cooperation of the document
   management team of the Debian.
