  warnquota.conf に下記のコメントがありました。

# If you set this variable CC will be used only when user has less than
# specified grace time left (examples of possible times: 5 seconds, 1 minute,

# CC_BEFORE = 2 days

  grace period 終了以前の CC_BEFORE の設定値の間のメールは管理者にも
CC されるようです。
  この CC_BEFORE を設定する debconf のメッセージが問題の文です。


  以下、訳案です。

>> msgid "Time slot in which admin gets email."
管理者がメールを受け取る期間。

>> "During this time slot before the end of the grace period admin will be CCed "
>> "on all generated emails. Leave empty to get the whole grace period."
猶予期間 (grace period) 終了前のここで指定した期間中は、生成された全メー
ルが管理者宛に CC されます。
猶予期間中ずっとメールを受け取りたい場合は空のままにしてください。
