・とりあえず debian-old-3.0を完成させて投げればおkかなー

・IRCはirc.debian.org(oftc)でjpとは違うので注意
・サイズは訳文なしの容量で計390k程度ですが
各ファイル9kくらい占めてるヘッダがあるので実質250k程度
developers-referenceの約6割、d-iマニュアルの1/3-4割程度です
