Let's Note M1Vを持っていますが、こいつのモデム、Lucentではありますが
ltmodemモジュールでは「Device or resource busy」になりますね。

lspciでは次のとおり。
00:09.0 Communication controller: Lucent Microelectronics 56k WinModem (rev 01)

なんでもかんでも組み込めなければ「Device or resource busy」になっちゃう
ので原因は不明。せめてソースがあればねぇ…
