pcmcia-module は，それと *全く同じ* バージョンの kernel-image
に依存します．

pcmcia-module のバージョンが ST2510.1.0 なのに，ST2510.1.1 な
kernel-image を入れようとしてるので，dpkg が拒否しているのでは
ないでしょうか．

make-kpkg modules ってやってませんか?
ふつうのひとは，make-kpkg modules-image とやります．
