とりあえず diff.gz だけもらってきて調べてみましたが、configure のオプ
ションで --with-mule を指定しているいるので、日本語も OK だと思います。
ただし Canna や Wnn は組み込まれていません。

私の方は、これを元にパッケージを作ってみることにします。
