     Debian QA Group takes over the maintainership of the package until
     someone else volunteers for that task. These packages are called
     *orphaned packages*.

新しい管理者がみつかるまでDebian QA Group(これ何?)が管理を引き受けるとか。
本家の話でしょうけど。
