これは replace でなくて additional です。
sendmail-wide は sendmail に depends && divert ですから
sendmail sendmail-wide smtpfeed 3つともインストールしないといけない。

> locale	locale-ja

locale-ja は obsolete で wcsmbs-locale-ja をいれる方がよいでしょう。
で、wcsmbs-locale-ja が libwcsmbs に depends です。
