BTS のクローズ報告にフォローして書きましたが、extipl の copyright が
 non-free だということで REJECT されてしまいました。

とりあえず、Incoming/REJECT から削除して non-free で
作り直すべえ、と思っています。

# xjman patch もやっとできたし。

なるべく main に持っていきたいと思うので、対応策を作者と相談して、
あと debian-mentors で聞いてみる、という手もあるのですが、
どうしようかなと考えているところです。
