そうです。そのほうがパッチの on-off パターンを変えた時とかに
トラブルが少ないので。

うーん、これって (due to Marco) ってあるから、もともとの Marco の
パッケージでそうなっていたのかな、と思ってましたが、JP 版の独自拡張
だったのですか。

 jpeg.mak には

とか書いてありますが、jpeg62 にリンクしても特に問題が無ければ
それでも良さそうですよね。
