地味なとこに反応しますが、
ちょっと気になったので。

ANSIでは、tm_yearは、1900年からの年数と言うことになってます。
だから、tm_year+1900で、フルの西暦が、tm_year%100で、略された
西暦が得られるようになってます(はずです)。
