なんか そもそも dupload に失敗しているような?
woody にもないですし、incoming に残ってるわけでもなさげ

そもそも dupload して Upload メールが流れるのは dupload.conf の設定が古い
ように思えます。ftp-master にせよ どこかの upload queue にせよ
dinstall_runs => 1 をいれておくべきでは?

# JP (jp queue じゃない方)は dinstall じゃないので dinstall_runs => 0 です。
