このエントリが加わっていないソースからバックポートした場合、「このエン
トリ」はそのバックポートには無縁のものとなるので、それでいいと思います。
バックポートパッケージをいくつか見たり作ったりしてきましたが、基本的に
はそんな感じでやっているはずです (もちろん、今のバックポートに何かバッ
クポートによる不具合が見つかってそれを修正する、という場合は別だと思い
ますが ;-) )。

例えば、リリースされた時点で stable というブランチができるので、
stable-security などのログはより新しい unstable に書かれたりすることは
ないですよね。backports も個々のバックポートでできる小さなブランチと考
えるとよい気がします。
