こちらは rewrote より update のほうが好きなので

   Taketoshi Sano updates his document "debiantips" (written in Japanese)
   and express the will to make a new Debian package of this document. 
   This "debiantips" includes some tips for usage of Debian GNU/Linux, and 
   may be usable as a first step guide for Debian newbies.
