manpath 設定ファイルは、ユーザの manpath を実行時に評価したり、
`global' として扱うマニュアルページ階層 (manpath) を指示したり、
cat ファイルの保管用ディレクトリを指定するためにマニュアルページ
ユーティリティにより使用される。
