　wmsun/wmmoonclockの po-debconf 訳です。査読願います。
　
　・observerは「利用者」としてみました。
　・If you call wmSun from a terminal prompt you can supply the `-lat' option."
　　ですが「ターミナルから wmSun を起動する場合は `-lat' オプション
　　を付けて値を指定できます。」と色々と言葉を補ってみました。
