[d-i doc] 翻訳更新

以下の 3 ファイルの更新への追随です。
登録とチェックと登録をお願いします。

 en/howto/installation-howto.xml (irc -> IRC の変更のみ)
 en/boot-new/modules/mta.xml (addresed -> addressed の変更のみ)
 en/partitioning/partition/mips.xml (下記の変更)
