  なんの関連だったか覚えていませんが、dhcpcd の 0.70 は、元の作者自体がメンテ
していないとかで、別の方が引き継いだものが 1.3.x という話が出ていた筈。(このMLで)

  と、ここでも 0.70 と 1.3.x について言及されてますね。このパッケージには
両方のバージョンが含まれていると。

  という事で、potato のほうから拾って来て試されてみては如何でしょうか。
