/etc/lilo.confを変更して/sbin/liloを実行。

例えば

boot=/dev/hda2
root=/dev/hda2
install=/boot/boot.b
map=/boot/map
vga=normal
delay=20
prompt
image=/vmlinuz
        label=Linux
        read-only
other = /dev/hda1
     label = win
     table = /dev/hda
