ありがとうございました。
やっとの思いで、ＲＡＩＤ１動きました。
しかし、／　パーティションのＲＡＩＤ化は諦めました。
結局一番最初に読むkernelやその他のファイルは、/dev/sda1から読まざる
を得ないようです。それなら、そこだけコピーしておけば用は足りるので、
／のＲＡＩＤ化はやめました。
