gzip にファイルの最後が変だぞと言われてるみたいなので
samba のパッケージをダウンロードするときにタイムアウトか何かで
終了してしまって全部落しきれてないのではないでしょうか。

多分ダウンロードしなおせばうまく行くと思います。
