[debian-users:30276] modutils エラー

久保川と言います。
最近SIDで下記のエラーが出て困っています。
modutilsをnew version にしろと言っているようなのですが、apt-get update
apt-get update
を毎日のようにしているのに変わりません。
どのように対応したらいいのでしょうか。

以下エラーの内容
ppp 2.4.1-4 を(ppp_2.4.1.uus-1_i386.deb で)置換するための準備をしています...
ppp を展開し、置換しています...

ieee1394_device_size
It is likely that the kernel structure has changed, if so then
you probably need a new version of modutils to handle this kernel.
Check linux/Documentation/Changes.
dpkg: 警告 - 古い post-removal スクリプト がエラーステータス 255 を返し
ました。
dpkg - かわりに新規パッケージからスクリプトを実行してみます...
