磯部さんの /etc/apt/sources.list を見せて頂けませんか？

また、一次的に sources.list 内に記述する内容を DDTP 関連のみ
にして (他をコメントアウトする)、もう一度 "apt-get update" から
試してみるとどうなるでしょうか？
