[debian-users:38467] init時 /etc/rcS.d/S36discover segmentation fault
きただです。
ymfpciのモジュールを組み込むためにカーネルを再構築する必要があり、
せっかくなのでkernel-2.4.22にあげることにしました。
手順は武藤さんの徹底本(といってもhammやつです)に従い、
1. apt-get install kernel-source-2.4.22し、/usr/srcに解凍
2. cp /boot/config2-4-20 /usr/src/linux/.config
3. xconfigでCONFIG_SOUND_YMFPCI=m に変更
4. make-kpkg clean, make-kpkg --revision xxx kernel_image
5. make-kpkgで出来たdebをdpkg -i
と特に大きな問題もなく進みました。
(5.でliloの設定をするときに何故かinitrdができてなくてエラーが起きました
がネットで調べたところ特に無くてもよいとのことなので
lilo.confのinitrd=行をコメントアウト)
でリブートして起動するのを待っていたのですが
その時に
/etc/rcS.d/S36discover: line120: 143 segmentation fault modprobe $MODULE
というエラーメッセージが表示され、
その後の
Configuring network interface...
というメッセージを最後に止まってしまいました。
しばらく待っていても動かないので
Ctrl+Cで割り込んで起動しましたが
インターネットに接続できない状態になりました。
役に立たないかもしれませんが、起動後のdmesgの結果を
はりつけておきます。
(このログの終りでsegmentation faultがおきました。
なぜかdmesgではでなかったですが)
一体何がおかしいのでしょうか?
