回避法として、

apt-get remove xserver-xorg-input-evdev

して、xserver-xorg-input-evdev を削除してみてはどうでしょうか。

以下詳細。

Sid を使用しています。
今朝 apt-get dist-upgrade してから似たような症状になりました。
私のキーボード設定は元々 US 配列なのですが、
右側の Alt, Windows, Menu, Ctrl キー、カーソル移動キー、キーパッドなど
がすべてでたらめなキーイベントを吐くようになりました。
それから、今まで使用できていた Logitech マウスの横のボタン (cut&paste
の paste で使用しています)が効かなくなっていることにも気が付きました。

/var/log/Xorg.0.log の最後の部分に、今までなかった見慣れないログが残っ
ていました。

試しに /usr/lib/xorg/modules/input/evdev_drv.so をリネームすると、
問題は再現しなくなりました。

evdev で Google 検索し、

にヒットしました。

apt-get remove xserver-xorg-input-evdev

で回避できると記述があり、実際に試したところ、問題は再現しなくなりまし
た。xserver-xorg-input-all もいっしょに削除されますが、影響はないと思
います。
