ネットで検索してみたりしたのですが、
	pre-up ip tunnel add tunl0 mode ipip remote ほげほげ
のように、「remote ほげほげ」は必要ではない?

私のマシンで実行してみた限りでは、remote付きはエラーなく
いけそうな感じです。
