はじめまして。
気付いたところだけですが…

hand written は訳さなくても良いような気がしますが、
non-documentation は '(DDP の)documentation 以外'って事だと思います。

All the hand written, non-documentation, html files on the web site are
generated using wml.
「web サイト上の全ての html ファイル(文書のページを除く)は
  wml を使って生成されます。」
ではないでしょうか?
