Jargonの日本語訳「ハッカーズ大辞典」では、

英辞郎では「一見魅力的な人, 面白いが知的にはつまらない人」と
なっています。

皮肉を抜いて言うとしたら、「ルックアンドフィール」で
言い換えてもいいかも。
