Call for Translation: security/key-rollover/index

DSA-1571 と DSA-1576 として昨今話題になっている、 OpenSSL の「予測可能
な乱数の生成」問題の件で、各種ソフトウェアにおけるキーロールオーバーの
方法が書かれています。かなり緊急な話だと思うのですが、自分はすぐに動け
そうにはないので、翻訳者を募集します。
