<q>不安定版</q>におけるマルチアーキテクチャサポートの開始</a>を発表しました。\
これを使えば、複数のアーキテクチャが提供するライブラリパッケージを\
単一のファイルシステム上に混在出来るようになります。Debian
における完全なマルチアーキテクチャサポートの提供に向けた次のステップは以下のようなものです。</p>
<ul>
<li>マルチアーキテクチャ用に共有ライブラリパッケージの変換</li>
<li>パッケージマネージャの更新 - 今までは、複数のアーキテクチャ用のパッケージを\
単一のシステム上にインストールすることは想定されていませんでした。</li>
</ul>
<p>上に挙げたステップの 2 番目は、既に作業が始められています。つまり、dpkg
におけるマルチアーキテクチャサポートの予備実装は、\
<tt>git://git.debian.org/users/hertzog/dpkg.git</tt> の
<tt>pu/multiarch/full</tt> ブランチから入手可能です。</p>
