　ざっと見ました。

　・Standards-Versionは4.1.0の方が良い（lintianはwarning言いますが）
　・debian versionのタグをpushしたほうが良い
　・watchのmode=gitは使わないほうが良いのでは？
　　"If the upstream publishes the released tarball via its web interface, 
     please use it instead of using this mode."
　・watchの ([\d\.\d\.]+) は @ANY_VERSION@ に置き換えできる？
　　@ANY_VERSION@ と @ARCHIVE_EXT@ と @PACKAGE@ は使って損はないと思います
　・将来的には Debian Emacs addons team <pkg-emacsen-addons ＠ lists.alioth.debian.org>
　　の方に持っていくのがいいと思います（aliothが置き換わったら、辺りで）
