間に合うなら無駄なので先に送ったのは流さなくていい > モデレート担当


40k境にモデレート逝きになるらしいので生diffはウェブにした

憲章の新版が2つある(約2k行)せいでやたらとでかい
gzだと32kほどあるのでbz2にしてみたら20kきったのでいけるだろう

# 多分制限250kくらいに上げておいた方がいいような気はする

2004年の原文初出(v1.1)の訳の時からの誤訳 @constitution a6-3
> 選択肢 A と B に対し、V(A,B) は A よりも B を優先する 投票者の数とする。
> Given two options A and B, V(A,B) is the number of voters who prefer option A over option B.

constitutionの更新履歴は別ファイルに追い出した。
以後はヘッダの対応revだけ更新でいける予定
