再インストールとかしてもダメだったのですが，今朝実験環境
の hamm に slink も入れてみたら semi のロードができている
ので調べたら hamm の

になっていました。xemacs は同じだったので slink の
apel, flim, semi にしたら問題なくなりました。
semi を更新しようとしたら semi が apel, flim に依存
しているので結局これら全ての更新をしました。
hamm の apel, flim, semi は slink のものに置き変えた
ほうが良いのではないでしょうか。
