他の場所は「探」ですが，ここだけ，「捜」表記です．「探して」表記に変更
でしょうか？

ファイルの「置き場所」や「ある場所」ではいけないのでしょうか？

別の場所の location は，

| ……<file>basedebs.tar</file> のディスク上の場所を……
や，
| floppy in locations such as <file>/lib/modules/misc</file>
| フロッピーの <file>/lib/modules/misc</file>のような場所から
と，場所と訳されています．
