とりあえず
 bo-jp/binary-i386/*.deb -> rex-jp/binary-i386/*.deb	(i386 only)
 bo-jp/binary-i386/*.deb -> bo-jp/binary-all/*.deb	(all)
 bo-jp/binary-all/*.deb  -> rex-jp/binary-all/*.deb
と symlink しておきました。
