1) ftp.linux.or.jp に anonymous ftp で login します。
# user名 ftp か anonymous, password があなたの e-mail address
2) /pub/debian/jp-devel/Incoming/private に cd します。
3) binary/image mode にします。
4) put(もしくは mput)します。
以上を ftp command でやってみると
% ftp ftp.linux.or.jp
