man-db-ja の最新版をアップロードしました。
(ricciaにアップロードしようとしましたが、あとちょっとのところで
失敗しましたので、結局foundationにアップしました)
39.2 では、インストール後 /var/catman/ja_JP.ujis ディレクトリが
作成されないというバグがあったので、このバグを修正したものです。
